Marc Peltzman is an attorney with over eight years of experience aggressively litigating hundreds of real estate oriented disputes in the Central Florida area since 2001. During his years of professional practice Mr. Peltzman has had the pleasure of representing a wide variety of individuals, corporations and governmental entities. Mr. Peltzman has called Central Florida home since 1978. He received his bachelors degree from the University of Central Florida with majors in both Legal Studies and Political Science. Mr. Peltzman earned his law degree from the University of Florida and joined the Florida Bar in 2001.

Mr. Peltzman began his legal career in the litigation section of the Orange County Attorney’s Office representing Orange County’s taxpayers in a variety of eminent domain matters, plat and boundary disputes, and Burt J. Harris actions. Mr. Peltzman spent the next four years at one of Orlando’s most prestigious 100+ attorney downtown law firms. While continuing to handle many varieties of real estate litigation, Mr. Peltzman also used that time to expand his eminent domain practice to include representation of dozens of private property owners. Mr. Peltzman also expanded his practice to include property tax disputes, both Placeholderon behalf of taxing authorities and taxpayers. Immediately before opening Marc D. Peltzman, P.A., Mr. Peltzman partnered with a small boutique law firm engaged in mortgage foreclosure and replevin actions. During that time Mr. Peltzman also began representing commercial and residential landlords and tenants.

In October, 2009, Mr. Peltzman founded Marc D. Peltzman, P.A. Today Mr. Peltzman has the pleasure of representing property owners, tenants and governmental entities in all manner of real estate disputes including eminent domain, foreclosure defense, landlord/tenant, plat and boundary issues, property tax disputes and commercial litigation with an emphasis on real property.
